My charm and free-spirited demeanor belie my vast market knowledge and the diligence and care I put towards achieving my client’s goals. Calm under pressure, I focus on empowering my clients to reach their own conclusions and supporting them throughout their decision-making process.
I was born in the Dominican Republic and migrated to New York City when I was twelve. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in hospitality from New York City Technical College and spent many years working in the high-end service industry—including running upscale eateries and consulting with clients looking to improve their establishments. Now in real estate, my penchant for exceptional customer service and personal courtesy lenders me to clients and ensures I always leave a positive impression. I feel privileged to be in an industry that allows me to connect with others and help them find solutions to their unique real estate challenges. I specialize in new developments and work with international clients from the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, the UK, Bali, and India. Though I focus on the Financial District, Battery Park City, and Tribeca, I am very familiar with all parts of the city.
Though I have fond childhood memories of the Dominican Republic, I consider myself a longtime New Yorker who have been here for more than thirty years. Beyond my work and social commitments, I prioritize charity work and being a worthy role model father for my pre-teen daughter. I love traveling and creating a sense of community, and I enjoy salsa dancing, photography, yoga, meditation, spending summers in the Hamptons, and attending spiritual retreats.
